JJ's Bread Dipping Seasoning

Mix this with a really good extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) to make a killer Italian style bread dip

Equipment

  • 1 Bowl
  • 1 Whisk

Ingredients
  

Seasoning Mix

  • 1 T Red pepper flakes
  • 1.5 T Black Pepper
  • 1.5 T Dried Oregano
  • 1 T Dried Basil
  • 2 t Dried Rosemary
  • 2 T Granulated Garlic

Bread Dip

  • 2 T Seasoning Mix
  • .25 C Fresh grated parmesan
  • 2 t Fresh minced garlic
  • 1.5 C Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)

Instructions
 

  • Combine everything but the olive oil
  • Pour into airtight jar
  • On the day you want to make the dip, combine 2 tablespoons of the season mix, fresh minced garlic and parmesan with 1.5 cups of olive oil. Let it set for about 2 hours before use
